Make it easy to make the Louisiana sweater! We sourced this yarn specifically for this sweater because it's tricky to find a good yarn at this thickness that doesn't make a million pound sweater! The pattern calls for holding two yarns together, which is well and fine, but if you don't want to fiddle, this yarn does the trick on its own. We do recommend going up to a US 15 needle to hit the pattern gauge with this yarn. We're basing the kit bundles on the yardage listed in the pattern, and you may end up using more or less.

Snö is a gorgeous chunky merino alpaca blend that is soft to the touch, easy to knit with, and creates a surprisingly lightweight fabric. Constructed with 3 loosely spun plies, this yarn is versatile and lends itself to a wide variety of projects, from quick-knit beanies to sweaters. This yarn is thick, but lighter than expected due to the airy spin and ply.
