Hand Embroidered Hat - 3 week course

Create your own unique hat with a hand embroidered patch! No experience necessary, only a fire in your belly and openness to learning something new! 

Choose from three different original patch designs, or create your own (contact us in advance if you want to create your own design). We will learn the basics of embroidery and working with felt in a hoop. You will take home your custom hand created hat along with the skill and knowledge to continue creating on your own.

We will meet at 2:30-4pm three Saturday afternoons in a row: June 10, 17, 24. 

In the first session we will get an overview of the full process, pick our design, hat blank, felt and embroidery floss, and start stitching our design, which will then be finished at home before the next session. In the second session we will learn how to finish the edges of the patch and start the stitching process which will be finished between classes. In the final session we will do the final finishing and attach our patches to the hats.
